Arthur Hawkwing, recently moved back to Igmar and opened up his store. He strolled through the city and saw how badly it needed a leader that would be there for the citizens. Arthur saw sad faces everywhere he went. He knew that Lady Rachelle was the current ruler, but she was away so much. Arthur stroked his mustachios and decided that he would begin to campaign to become the new ruler. He really didn't like the idea of overthrowing Rachelle, but something had to change.

So far things had gone well. Arthur publically adressed the citizens and brokered a trade agreement with Kalmoor. Next he set about swaying the citizens to his new ideas and how best to lead Igmar into a new Era of prosperity. He spoke often and listened to ideas, while expanding upon his own.

No sign had been scene of Rachelle, and Arthur could not wait much longer. He was going to make the plunge and Anounce that he would serve the people well if they would crown him Lord of Igmar. Arthur also decided he would select of few friends to be Barons of Igmar so as to involve many people in the furture of Igmars growth and prosperity.

Arthur strode to the cliffs edge overlooking the Merchant Square.

"Citizens of Igmar, I Arthur Hawkwing am ready to serve you as Lord of Igmar, and will attend to your needs, and defense as best to my abilities".

Upon much thought a deep consideration, Arthur Hawkwing decided that more than one person ruling Igmar may not be such a bad Idea. He began to concieve an idea of several Barons/Baroness's to rule Igmar. Yes this would work, then the citizens could address theur needs and not have to wait for any particular Baron to be free to discuss economics, defense, and other day to day events.
